Slipknot will launch their own clothing company later this summer under the moniker of Tattered And Torn, a track from the band's demo album Mate. Feed. Kill. Repeat. Tattered and Torn is also a track from Slipknot's Self Titled 1999 album.
Tattered And Torn will be distributed in the US exclusively though Hot Topic.
"That doesn't make me the next fucking Pete Wentz," frontman
Corey Taylor told Kerrang! when we asked him about the band's entrepreneurial skills. "It's just something cool we wanted to do for our fans.
"When I look at what we've achieved over the last ten years I've always seen us, in a lot of ways, like Slayer," the singer continues. "They're a lifestyle and so are we. We're always getting new young fans which is fucking cool and insane."
